Hello everybody,

Rooms are available in our block beginning Thursday night Sept 27th at the same 89.00 rate as the other 3 nights.  Your players should begin to start booking their rooms immediately.  They will have to request Texas Regional VNEA or Onesource Amusements to get the room reservation and player room rate.

We will begin set up late Thursday afternoon and need help!!!
The room should be open for practice Friday morning and the event will start at around noon of  Friday Sept. 28, so unless a team lives in the DFW area they would be pushing it to drive in on Friday morning.  To our DFW charters, please encourage your players to book rooms for the week end rather than fight traffic and any other issues.  This event will be timed and there will be NO grace or leeway for traffic jams, accidents, etc.

Please remember that we are offering a VNEA Referee Certification class on Friday morning.  If you have anybody that would like to take this class, they MUST book through you, the charter holder.  The fee for the class is $100.00 and will give the successful attendee a national certification in the VNEA.

I should have the official 3 part entry form around the Aug 10th.  These forms will be numbered and assigned to each charter holder, they are also division specific so please specify how may "open" and how many "ladies" forms you would like.  All forms sent to you will be treated as "sold" unless they are returned before September 1st.  If you need more than your initial order, please call and I will send you any additional ones that you may need.

One note: I have decided to make the limitation on teams rosters to ONE master (anybody's national master list), and there is no limitations on intermediate players on a team roster at this time.

( All Money is due to me by August 26th so I can meet this deadline for you ) Sandy
All fees (entry AND greens fees) are due before Sept 7, 2012 to avoid a $25.00 late fee.

All forms must be submitted along with league paperwork by your league director

We expect to pay back the top 1/3 of the total entries in both divisions.
